Approximately 90 Air Travels Linked to Epstein Reportedly Came to or from British Airfields
A review has uncovered that approximately 90 flights linked to Jeffrey Epstein reportedly touched down at and left British airfields, with some allegedly having onboard British women who allege they were victimized by the convicted sex offender.
Aviation Records Uncover Pattern of Travel
The travel manifests were among a trove of legal papers and papers made public by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein that have been released over the previous twelve months. The analysis uncovered 87 aircraft movements linked to Epstein – featuring many that were hitherto undisclosed – arriving or departing from UK airports between the start of the 1990s and 2018.
Passenger Details and After Guilty Verdict Flights
Unidentified female passengers were listed among the individuals entering and exiting the UK. Crucially, 15 of these British airport journeys happened after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a child.
“It was ‘appalling’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his operations in the country,” stated American attorneys representing hundreds of Epstein survivors.
UK Survivors and Court Cases
Testimony from one of the UK-based survivors was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. Yet, that victim has never been contacted by police in the UK, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.
In a response, the Metropolitan police indicated they had “not been provided with any new information that would support restarting the investigation.” They commented, “Should fresh and pertinent information be presented to us, including any resulting from the disclosure of material in the US, we will evaluate it.”
Ongoing Disclosure and Judicial Decisions
Proposed legislation to release all files held by the US government in concerning Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of files are projected to be made public.
Additionally, a federal judge ordered last week that the department could publicly release evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is currently serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
