Barcelona Ready for Historic Game at Partially Completed Camp Nou this Saturday
The club confirmed they are set to host at the partially upgraded Camp Nou on Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit Athletic Bilbao in domestic competition over two years following their departure so building work could begin.

Not all seats will be available with 45,401 fans are permitted inside under the licence granted. Once fully finished, the stadium’s capacity will reach almost 105,000 spectators, up from the previous 99,000. Officials confirmed completed upgrades featured a renovated tunnel for players and new dressing rooms.
Stadium Testing
Barcelona held an open training session at the Camp Nou on 7 November. The club said approval is being pursued from Uefa to play their next home Champions League game against Eintracht Frankfurt on 9 December at Camp Nou. Previous fixtures took place at Estadio Olímpic Lluís Companys.
